Job summary

MDMartin LLC is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain critical facility utility systems supporting semiconductor manufacturing. The role ensures reliable operation of HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems through inspections, alarm response, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of facility maintenance or operations experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, data center, or similar environments.
• Experience with HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, compressed air, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with FMCS, BMS, or SCADA systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility and utility systems through FMCS/BMS platforms.
• Respond to equipment alarms, abnormalities, and utility disruptions.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, plumbing, mechanical, and basic electrical systems.
• Support equipment startup, shutdown, operational switching, and emergency response activities.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with vendors and contractors.
• Maintain work orders, maintenance records, and operational logs
• Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO and PPE requirements
