Job summary

GNB Global Inc. is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair the facility and equipment within a heavy fabric and steel fabrication facility. This role involves hands-on tasks, developing maintenance programs, and managing work orders while ensuring all systems are functional and safe.

The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including overtime.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in maintenance environment.
• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a Preventive Maintenance program.
• Maintain and repair all facility equipment.
• Inspect Fire Extinguishers monthly.
