Regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural elements.
Change filters on all required machinery and equipment.
Address unexpected breakdowns and perform repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
Participate in emergency response plans and be on-call for urgent issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing components.
Respond to breakdowns and restore function promptly.
Document maintenance work and inspections in logs.
