Job summary

Brady Services is seeking a Building Automation Technician to design, configure, and support BAS projects for mission-critical facilities across central and eastern North Carolina. You will work with installers and engineers to ensure system performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HVAC, Computer Science or related field with three years field experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Products
• Knowledge of BACnet, LonTalk and Modbus protocols
• Familiarity with Ethernet, TCP/IP networks and infrastructure
• Experience with building automation platforms is desired but other manufacturers considered

Responsibilities

• Follow work schedule as directed by Resource Coordinator
• Configure, setup, and calibrate end devices on hardware
• Create and program site databases
• Utilize documentation to verify system performance
• Provide remote access information for sites to Virtual Service
• Represent Brady Services as a direct customer contact
• Provide on-site Owner Training Classes for customers
• Maintain documentation and project notes
