The Service Technician - Level III role involves complex installation, maintenance, start-ups, and repairs of commercial HVAC systems, including large unitary and chilled water systems, adhering to industry safety standards while delivering professional customer service.
Relocation assistance to North Carolina may be available.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Service products and equipment to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications
- Repair, overhauls, and start-ups of complex HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair units using hand tools, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications
- Document work and close out jobs promptly
- Order parts as needed
- Prepare for on-site installations and repairs
- Provide technical support and customer service
- Promote Brady's products and services effectively
- Work independently and mentor junior technicians
- Maintain company materials and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to uphold company values
- Supervise complex jobs with multiple technicians
Work Hours
Monday to Friday, with on-call, overtime, and travel as required.

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in HVAC from an accredited institution
- 7-10 years of HVAC experience
- Proficiency with computers and software
- EPA certification
- Pass drug screening and employment verification
- Valid driver’s license
