Job summary

Hensel Phelps in Washington state seeks a Facility Solutions Associate II to support facility services, drawings review, MEL development, PFC, O&M manuals, and asset tagging. Training scheduling, field observation logging, and ensuring systems meet project requirements are key aspects of the role.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field, have 6+ years in operations or commissioning, and can work with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, facilities management, or another related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete tasks with limited supervision.
• Detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-design and planning of commissioning processes.
• Develop and manage accuracy of the Master Equipment List (MEL).
• Manage commissioning activities and construction schedules.
• Execute asset QR tagging and cataloging.
• Document and log field observations.
• Verify systems and components meet project requirements.
• Assist with issue resolution and training logistics.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
