Job summary

Hensel Phelps is seeking a Facility Solutions Associate II to advance commissioning processes, MEL accuracy, asset tagging, and field documentation across complex projects in the United States. This role emphasizes cross‑functional coordination and adherence to project requirements.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in engineering/related field, 6+ years in MEPF coordination or commissioning, and strong communication skills, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, facilities management, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead in pre-design and planning of a commissioning process.
• Develop and manage accuracy of the Master Equipment List (MEL).
• Manage commissioning activities and construction schedules.
• Execute asset QR tagging and cataloging.
• Document and log field observations.
• Verify systems meet project requirements.
• Support warranty management.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers.
