Job summary

Hensel Phelps in El Paso, TX is seeking a Facility Solutions Associate II to support commissioning and facility services. You will lead pre-design activities, develop the Master Equipment List, manage schedules, and coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure readiness and quality of work.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, 6+ years in MEPF coordination and commissioning, strong communication, and proficiency with CMMS and MS Office.

Job Description

The Facility Solutions Associate II role focuses on conducting processes and completing deliverables associated with facility services and operations. They will have advanced involvement with drawings, specifications and submittal reviews, MEL development, Pre-Functional Checklist (PFC) development, receiving and reviewing O&M manuals, training agendas, scheduling of training sessions, and asset QR tagging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead in pre-design and planning of a commissioning process

  • Maintain the computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) workflow coordination and process coordination
  • Data entry, validation, and reporting.
  • Support warranty management.

Minimum Education Required

Bachelors

Physical Requirements

Visual acuity and ability to operate a vehicle as certified and appropriate.

Rarely exposed to high and low temperatures.
