Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Facility Services Specialist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Milwaukee, WI.

Job Title: Facility Services Specialist

Work Location: Milwaukee, WI

Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the daily management of the assigned facility.
  2. Perform weekly inspections of the building, conduct minor maintenance, move furniture and boxes, and set up conference rooms. Must be customer service driven with a keen eye for detail.
  3. Conference Room Set-Ups:
    • Set up tables, chairs, and audiovisual equipment as per scheduled meetings.
    • Follow procedures and guidelines provided by the Site Manager.
    • Clear and recycle items left from previous meetings.
    • Adhere to conference room presentation standards outlined in the setup guide.
    • Report issues with A/V equipment, telephones, and conference phones.
  4. Deliver and pick up equipment across the campus, ensuring functionality and readiness for use.
  5. Assist staff and partners with audiovisual equipment operation during meetings.
  6. Respond to radio communications for A/V and room setup adjustments.
  7. Complete service requests such as key delivery, moving boxes, relocating furniture, and assembling racks or fixtures.
  8. Review, prioritize, and coordinate service requests and deliveries, following building access guidelines.
  9. Conduct weekly building inspections per checklist.
  10. Maintain organized storage closets.
  11. Manage rain mats placement based on weather conditions.
  12. Support inter-office moves by delivering boxes, assisting with equipment relocation, and cleaning up post-move areas.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Self-starter with high energy, friendly demeanor, office/customer service experience, and professionalism.
  • Ability to stand, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • No driving required, only to get to work; garage parking available.
  • Dress code: black polo and khaki pants.
