Work in our huge, new state-of-the-art 45,000 sq. ft. powersports dealership. Recognized nationally for our friendliness and product knowledge, our dealership sets high standards and is recognized as one of few influential powersports dealers in the USA by the manufacturers. You’ll be among our national award-winning Motorcycle, ATV, Side by Side, Snowmobiles and Personal Watercraft technician team and support our 35,000+ customers and their ownership experience. Looking for an experienced, energetic service sales person to join our fast-paced dealership!

RESPONSIBILITIES

DAILY OPERATIONS
  • Assist service department in maintaining a smooth and efficient department with a high degree of customer service.
  • Diagnose mechanical problems accurately and clearly relay information to customers.
  • Clearly communicate to customers the estimated cost and set expectations of completion times.
  • Accurately look up parts for repair orders to build estimates.
  • Open and close repair orders and perform cashier duties as needed to check customers out.
  • Run VIN numbers for outstanding warranty repair work on manufacturer websites.
  • Open and close warranty repair orders.
  • Follow procedures for quick and efficient handling of repair orders for customers and internal.
  • Become efficient with all phases of the service process.
  • Walk customers around their new purchase and introduce them to the service department and what we have to offer to make the buying experience enjoyable.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Enjoy helping customers solve problems.
  • Know what it means to give outstanding customer service.
  • Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Greet all customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Handle telephone and over-the-counter transactions quickly and courteously.
  • Identify additional services a vehicle may need that customers are not aware of.
  • Handle customer objections reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong conversation and phone skills.
  • Attention to detail, organized, and ability to prioritize.
  • Highly motivated and willing to take initiative.
  • Ability to multi-task while being courteous and positive.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
