Cintas Corporation is seeking a motivated Sales Representative in Duluth, MN to grow our Outside Sales team. You will prospect, qualify leads, and close new business in a B2B setting, using CRM to track opportunities and achieve sales goals.

The role requires being in the field most days, with occasional office days, and a focus on delivering facility services solutions. Strong MS Office and CMS skills are essential, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to meet prospective customers in the field most of the work week.
• Office presence: work from Cintas office on set days and times.
• Proficient with MS Office and CMS tools.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+) and B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the local territory.
• Use CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly targets.
• Deliver solutions for facility services and demonstrate products in field.
• Maintain regular travel within territory and follow schedule for office days.
