Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our facility services solutions in the Alexandria area. You will prospect and qualify leads, meet customers in the field, and use CRM to close new business while hitting weekly goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to spend the majority of the work week meeting prospective customers in the field.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role.
• Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly quotas.
