Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Maple Grove, MN is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive new business within the local territory and provide facility services solutions. You’ll use the Cintas training to cold-call, demonstrate products, negotiate, and close deals.

This role requires field visits, CRM usage, and achieving weekly sales goals with a base salary plus commission and quarterly bonuses. A car allowance and extensive training are provided to support success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel within local territory and meet prospects in the field.
• Office/office-time schedule as specified; field sales activities included.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CMS required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads in the assigned territory.
• Use CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly quotas.
• Build strong relationships with customers in a B2B sales environment.
• Demonstrate products, negotiate, and close deals.
• Provide hands-on support to customers and help with workday readiness.
