Tarian Group is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee facility security functions, lead assigned teams, and coordinate site operations in Utah. The role ensures safety, security, and operational effectiveness across multiple locations, while enforcing policies and driving continuous improvement.

The position requires strong supervisory experience, ability to manage schedules, conduct training, and respond quickly to emergencies.

Qualifications

• A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.
• Completed High School Diploma or GED as minimum education.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent education/experience.
• IAHSS Basic/Advanced Officer training and Supervisor Training within 6 months; CHPA within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily work assignments and schedules for all assigned personnel.
• Oversee time sheets, overtime, and Vision accuracy.
• Lead facility security programs and competency tasks.
• Develop and update facility orders and procedures.
• Provide security awareness training and workshops to staff.
• Interact with facility leadership to implement security program changes.
• Respond to emergencies and restrain when necessary per policy.
