Job summary

Performance Team seeks a Security Supervisor to lead a team of guards, patrol facilities, and enforce security procedures. Responsibilities include post inspections, incident reporting, and maintaining safety standards across the site.

The role requires supervisory experience, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with building management. Candidates should be prepared for rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school education; 2–5 years of related experience or training; at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and write simple sentences; basic math skills for reporting and record-keeping.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Patrols buildings and grounds, logging information.
• Supervises a team of security personnel.
• Inspects doors, windows, and gates for security.
• Warns violators of infractions and monitors activity.
• Reports hazards, thefts, or irregularities to management.
• Maintains daily logs and security post reports.
• Conducts audits and safety/building inspections as required.
• Interfaces with management and other staff to ensure security compliance.
