GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a Facilities Security Manager to oversee the continuous monitoring and protection of the facility, staff and residents. You will evaluate suspected breaches and recommend corrective actions to ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires direct supervision of security staff, recruitment, training and performance evaluation, plus coordination of inspections, transports, and disciplinary processes in alignment with policy and federal/state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in corrections, criminal justice, human services or related field (waived for strong background).
• Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience in a correctional setting.
• Familiar with community corrections systems and practices.
• Knowledge of criminal justice system and experience with offenders preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and use department software.
• Must hold a current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision and guidance to security staff.
• Recruits, hires, orients, trains and evaluates security staff.
• Ensures security operations follow policies and procedures.
• Coordinates facility training with various regulatory requirements.
• Conducts security inspections and documents findings.
• Oversees inmate transport coordination to courts or treatments.
• Monitors daily activities to align with building schedules.
• Investigates staff misconduct and reports findings.
