GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a full-time security-focused role to maintain constant vigilance and protect residents at a facility. The position emphasizes adherence to contracts, safety protocols, and professional interaction with residents and staff.

The successful candidate will perform patrols, log activities, assist with safety checks, and support daily operations to ensure a secure living environment while complying with all governing regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year general work experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to document clearly.
• Good written and verbal communication; professional interaction with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain alertness and secure facility and residents.
• Prepare shift documentation and reports legibly and concisely.
• Conduct radio checks and security log entries.
• Patrol buildings and monitor resident activities and safety.
• Verify resident pictures and bed slots on the board.
• Supervise resident work details and facility cleanliness.
• Perform required safety checks and tests as assigned.
• Document disciplinary actions per policy and procedure.
• Welcome visitors and verify identity professionally.
• Communicate effectively to promote teamwork and safety.
• Attend staff meetings and share observations for improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Adhere to shift schedules, overtime requirements, and safety rules.
