Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year general work experience preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain logs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Maintains alertness to control and secure the facility and residents.
• Prepares shift documentation like reports and log entries.
• Relieves watch staff; records times, names, and responsibilities.
• Conducts radio checks and facility counts as required.
• Patrols buildings to monitor residents and security conditions.
• Ensures doors and windows are secured and building condition is monitored.
• Documents disciplinary actions and incidents per policy.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of facilities and resident belongings.
• Communicates professionally with staff and residents to uphold safety and respect.
