Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains alertness and security of the facility and residents.
• Operates within legal constraints and contracting agency requirements.
• Ensures equipment for each watch is operational and prepares shift documentation.
• Receives information from previous shift and updates logs.
• Performs security checks, counts, and logs entries accurately.
• Conducts routine patrols and monitors building for safety and compliance.
• Prepares reports and logs disciplinary actions when needed.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to company policies and safety rules.
