Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC. seeks a security-focused professional to monitor and protect residents within the facility. You will ensure safety protocols, operate security equipment, and maintain accurate logs and reports.

Responsibilities include patrols, radio checks, shift handovers, and enforcing rules to support a secure environment. Previous security experience and reliable teamwork are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in security or related field preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure required equipment (radios, flashlights, keys) is operational and shift reports are prepared.
• Relieve the prior watch, log relief time and personnel in the security log.
• Conduct radio checks and facility counts; maintain accurate logbooks.
• Frequently patrol the building to observe residents and secure doors/windows.
• Maintain picture boards, supervise resident details, and assist with cleanliness as needed.
