GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a Facility Security Leader to oversee continuous monitoring and protection of the facility, staff, and residents. You will supervise security personnel, coordinate trainings, and ensure compliance with policy, procedure, and standards.

The role includes managing inmate transports, disciplinary processes, and daily staffing to ensure coverage and safety. A strong background in corrections and leadership is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required or similar background with supervision skills.
• Experience managing staff in a correctional setting is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision and guidance to security staff.
• Recruits, hires, orients, trains and evaluates security staff.
• Coordinates facility training programs with federal, state, local and corporate requirements.
• Ensures security inspections are conducted and documented.
• Oversees inmate transports and disciplinary processes.
• Monitors daily activities to align with building schedules.
• Inspects facility areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Acts as Facility Director in absence.
