Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is hiring a Facility Safety Program Manager to lead health and safety across five Houston area facilities. The role emphasizes training, compliance, and hazard control using industry best practices.

On-site with occasional after-hours support, you will implement programs and supervise documentation and audits. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of manufacturing H&S leadership, working knowledge of OSHA and Maritime Security, and a safety-focused degree.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of H&S management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA 1910 and 1926 regulations.
• Working knowledge of Title 33 Maritime Security regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety/health or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support all facets of Health & Safety for five Houston area facilities.
• Develop training programs, JHAs, and PPE requirements for sites.
• Lead accident investigations and manage return-to-work program.
• Maintain site safety records, inspections, and regulatory reporting.
• Communicate safety policies and provide staff training and coaching.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure regulatory compliance.
