Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC in Pennsylvania is seeking a Safety Program Manager to lead and sustain a comprehensive Safety, Health, and Environmental program. Reporting to the Regional Safety Manager and Facility Manager, you will partner with operations to ensure safe, compliant work.

This role emphasizes OSHA compliance, training, incident investigations, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to influence safety culture across the site and potentially across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health and related fields.
• 2–4 years of occupational health and safety experience in industrial settings.
• Experience with OSHA 1910/1926 and state regulations.
• Professional certifications such as ASP, CSP, OHST, CHST preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facility's Safety, Health, and Environmental programs and drive safety excellence.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and coordinate VPP activities where applicable.
• Lead investigations of accidents, near-misses, and incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate safety records and regulatory documentation.
• Develop and deliver safety training and contractor compliance programs.
• Partner with leadership to monitor contractor safety performance and health programs.
• Support environmental compliance including inspections and permits.
