Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Safety Program Manager to lead the facility's Safety, Health, and Environmental program. You will partner with operations to ensure OSHA compliance, drive continuous safety improvements, and manage training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent industrial experience) in Safety/Environmental Science, Engineering or related field.
• 2–4+ years in occupational health and safety in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the facility's SHE programs with a strong focus on safety excellence.
• Ensure OSHA 1910/1926 compliance across the site and with permits.
• Drive incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Oversee safety training, record-keeping, and regulatory documentation.
