Job summary

Reworld is hiring a Health and Safety Manager to lead safety across five Houston-area facilities. You will oversee workforce development, safety training, and regulatory compliance, identifying hazards and implementing controls. The role requires on-site presence with some after-hours coverage and strong communication across all levels.

Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package; range reflects market pay for U.S. safety leadership roles. Travel to sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of H&S management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1910 and 1926 or state safety regs.
• Knowledge of Title 33 Maritime Security regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in safety/health or related field.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; training and report writing.
• Computer literacy with Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support all facets of Health & Safety for 5 Houston Area facilities.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and regulatory agencies; report as required.
• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies; conduct training.
• Manage safety investigations and return-to-work programs.
• Maintain safety documentation and data in reporting software.
