Qualifications

• One year of professional experience in an organized accident prevention, fire prevention, environmental safety, or security program, and a bachelor's degree.
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Must obtain Advanced Safety Certification within five years; Radiological Safety Officer, Lead Renovator, and Asbestos Supervisor/Building Inspector certifications upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual safety reports and participate in inspections.
• Conduct fire drills, maintain records, oversee equipment and ensure standards compliance.
• Coordinate sanitation, housekeeping, and pest control throughout the facility.
