Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate subordinate officers to ensure policy compliance.
• Organize daily schedules and monitor inmate movements during work, recreation, and meals.
• Conduct tours, observe inmate behavior, and report changes or concerns.
• Oversee inmate transports, visitor searches, and vehicle inspections.
• Investigate policy violations, recommend discipline, and participate in fact-finding.
• Prepare and submit reports related to inmate activities, staff performance, and movements.
