Job summary

Aurora Health and Rehabiliation is seeking a Facility Resource Nurse (RN) to lead nursing services and support the DON in maintaining high standards of care. The role requires leadership, on-call availability, and overseeing care plans across residents.

Ideal candidates will have RN licensure, at least 5 years in a Skilled Nursing Facility, and 2+ years in a supervisory capacity, with a focus on quality and collaboration with department heads.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and eligible to practice.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• At least 2 years in a nursing supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) in maintaining quality care standards.
• Supervise Nursing Services around the clock.
• Lead and coordinate care plans for each resident.
• Ensure delivery of passionate quality care and oversee competency testing.
