Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing, resources, and patient care systems to ensure optimal care.
• Recruit and retain nursing staff; coach in recruitment and retention behaviours.
• Oversee orientation and continuing education programs for nursing staff.
• Evaluate quality of nursing care using Standards of Practice and outcomes; lead performance improvement initiatives.
