Job summary

You will oversee building, grounds, and utility systems, either personally or via supervisors, ensuring reliability and efficiency across operations. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, an MBA is preferred, and 8+ years in maintenance with at least 5 years in leadership.

Qualifications
