Responsibilities

Accomplish repair and maintenance of various terminal assets using the work order system. Prioritize urgency of repairs and communicate status of work with the Director of Facilities.
Evaluate necessary materials and equipment purchases to accomplish repairs and tasks. Upon approval, procure necessary supplies and tools through our network of vendors.
Coordinate with the Director of Facilities to support terminal functions. This may include before and after hours as well as weekends.
As directed by the Director of Facilities, work alongside outside contractors and vendors as needed.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
