Job summary

SHINE Systems in the United States seeks a qualified Facility/QA Manager to support an Intelligence Community client. The role will manage projects from inception through closeout, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring QA and CQC alignment with contract requirements.

Responsibilities include developing deliverables, coordinating closeout, and maintaining program health. Requires TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and proficiency with MS Office/Project; compensation is $95,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement.
• Leadership and ability to lead technical personnel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and synchronize FAC-1B and FAC-1C project activities.
• Coordinate and lead closeout activities; assemble manuals, drawings, warranties.
• Consult with DIA Government and Contractor personnel on planning and strategy.
• Develop project deliverables and reporting processes.
• Monitor program controls, procedures, and reporting for health.
• Maintain QA plans to identify and resolve coordination shortfalls.
• Ensure CQC plans meet client requirements and objectives.
• Assist PMs with schedules and status reporting.
• Oversee QA activities through life-cycle from inception to closeout.
• Attend meetings with USG contracting and contractor; manage risks.
• Prepare communications with customers and stakeholders.
• Talent management and onboarding of team members.
• Train QA team on construction drawings and specifications.
