Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking a Facility Manager to support an Intelligence Community customer. You will manage site operations, review drawings and specs, and lead construction projects from inception through closeout at the government facility.

The role requires strong customer service, coordination with diverse teams, and experience with electrical-related projects. A TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of facilities management experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Project).
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and reading construction drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical processes or overseeing electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily walkthroughs of the facility to locate and report deficiencies.
• Oversee short-term and long-term construction projects within the customer site to ensure completion in accordance with drawings and permits.
• Review contractor proposals and provide recommendations to the Contracting Officer's Representative.
• Coordinate with architectural, civil/structural, electrical, and other disciplines to support design and construction phases.
• Develop planning documents, project schedules, scopes of work, and contract administration support.
• Lead the production of design and technical information and ensure standards are maintained.
