Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking a qualified Facility/QA Manager to support one of our Intelligence Community customers. This role will manage projects from inception through closeout, ensuring quality and schedule adherence across facilities programs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate closeouts, and develop procedures, reporting, and QA plans while engaging DIA and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on facility/QA projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and synchronize FAC-1B and FAC-1C project activities.
• Coordinate and lead project closeout activities and meetings.
• Consult with DIA Government and Contractor personnel to execute planning.
• Develop project deliverables (procedures, reporting, submittal processes).
• Monitor the program controls, processes, procedures, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain effective quality assurance plans for FAC-1C.
• Ensure Contractor Quality Control plan aligns with client requirements.
• Assist project managers in developing schedules and status reporting.
• Oversee daily QA activities through the project life-cycle.
• Attend meetings with USG Contracting and contractor; QA/QC meetings.
