This position will be located in the Division of Facilities and Transportation Services, Bureau of Real Estate Management and will be headquartered at the DOA State Administration Building: 101 East Wilson Street, Madison, WI 53703.

This is an advanced technical position responsible for implementation, coordination and management of capital interior building projects within state owned office space. Typical projects can vary from $1,000 to $500,000 and include interior office facilities. Due to the nature of the State's capital budget planning and approval process, the individual in this position may be involved with multiple projects in all phases of the development process, i.e., initiation, planning, execution, and closing of projects.

This position is in schedule-range (81-03) with a rate of pay between $30.00 and $43.00 an hour. A 12 month probationary period is required. Pay for current state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan.
Due to the nature of the position, DOA will conduct background checks on applicants prior to selection.
DOA does not sponsor work visas and is not an eligible OPT (Optional Practical Training) employer for F-1 international students.
