Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years' experience in a related maintenance field preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record and pass driving tests including road test.
• Experience with hand/power tools, safety procedures, and building maintenance; basic computer/copier/fax knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily driving needs of the facility, including scheduling internal and external transportation.
• Perform painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and preventive maintenance when not dispatching.
• Participate in on-call rotation; drive facility vehicle as needed to support hospital operations.
• Repair and replace parts in equipment using hand/power tools; conduct tests and inspections.
• Maintain tools and materials in good condition and report safety or inventory concerns.
• Assist in emergencies and support facility-wide quality/performance improvement goals.
