Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field plus related experience.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required or obtainable within three months.
• Experience scheduling and supervising student staff and operations.
• Experience with recreation management software or systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facility operations for URWC and Aquatics Center.
• Develop trainings, programs, and meetings within area of responsibility.
• Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate student staff.
• Oversee membership sales, support, promotions and billing.
• Monitor budgets and assist with financial planning.
• Conduct safety and readiness inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance.
