Qualifications

• Six years of directly related full-time experience OR a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation, Sports Administration or closely related field and two years of full-time related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates day-to-day facility operations to support safe, efficient, and customer-focused services.
• Develops trainings, programs, meetings, and activities within area of responsibility.
• Hires, supervises, trains, and evaluates student staff supporting facility operations and membership services.
• Oversees all membership sales, customer support, promotions and billing for URWC and Aquatics Center memberships.
• Collects and analyzes data to assess and evaluate programs and initiatives.
• Assists with budget monitoring and planning of Facility Operations budgets.
• Conducts regular safety and readiness inspections of facilities and equipment and coordinates preventive maintenance.
• Assists with risk management procedures and policies.
