Job summary

Vonachen Group in Topeka, KS is seeking a Facility Manager to plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operational activities across a multi-location client portfolio. You will lead operations teams, manage staffing, and drive safety, quality, and cost efficiencies while partnering with senior leadership.

Responsibilities include P&L oversight, process improvements, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage financial results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for all operational activities within an account or multi-location customer.
• Ensure efficient use of people, equipment, and materials.
• Work to continuously improve processes, policies, and practices.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement new plans to improve processes.
• Direct staffing, work schedules, and staff performance evaluations.
• Direct safety and quality standards within the account or customer.
• Oversee financial planning, execution, and analysis (P&L responsibility).
• Promote company culture, values, and philosophy.
