Job summary

Veho is seeking a Sr Facilities Manager to ensure smooth operation and maintenance across a large network of locations. You will coordinate maintenance tasks, lead vendor relations, and manage the facilities budget to support P&L impact in a dynamic logistics environment.

The role requires 7+ years in facilities coordination, strong communication, and expertise with CMMS or maintenance-ticketing systems to drive cost-effective, proactive maintenance across sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a facilities coordination or similar role.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software (CMMS) and ticketing systems.
• Vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance tracking.
• Strong interpersonal communication across all levels.
• Problem-solving with quick, effective remediation.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of over 60 locations and vendors.
• Lead Ground operations facility initiatives to reduce cost and build vendor relations.
• Own site facility budgets and critical stakeholder relations for P&L impact.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and prioritize timely completion.
• Maintain and optimize the ticketing system to track activities.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance to extend equipment life.
