You will manage staffing, budgets, and safety compliance while driving customer satisfaction and account retention.

The role emphasizes building efficient processes, coaching teams, and coordinating with clients and executive leadership to support growth and mission-driven objectives.

Qualifications

• Requires ten or more years of relevant work experience.
• Coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team is required.
• Forecast productivity, staffing and budget plans; document corrective action as needed.
• Previous janitorial management experience; gov contracting knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery meets high quality standards.
• Maintain employee records for compliance.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise janitorial operations on all shifts.
• Establish workflows and standards; enforce environmental procedures.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide updates.
• Act as liaison between client, operations, and support teams.
• Control expenses and adjust to meet budgets.
