Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years in facility maintenance with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, budgeting, inventory control, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Oversees facilities services, including inside operations and grounds, to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plans and supervises work of maintenance staff; trains and evaluates personnel.
• Maintains equipment records, secures bids, and manages budget-related activities.
• Ensures safety standards and building codes are followed; coordinates with supervisors for major decisions.
