US Foods is seeking a Manager of Facility Operations in North Las Vegas to lead a high-volume, temperature-controlled distribution center. You will oversee maintenance, sanitation, refrigeration, and security, ensuring cold chain integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role manages a team, budgets, and vendor contracts while driving continuous improvement using CMMS and automation. You will collaborate with QA, Safety, and HR, implement sustainability initiatives, and coordinate capital

Qualifications

• 5 years of facilities management experience.
• 3 years working with refrigeration systems within cold chain distribution.
• Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams, budgets, and vendor contracts.
• Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, USDA, FDA, GMP, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with CMMS and basic data analytics to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor maintenance, sanitation, refrigeration, power equipment, and security teams.
• Oversee refrigeration operation to maintain temperature control for perishable products.
• Manage facility operations, budgets, and capital projects; coordinate upgrades and repairs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff; manage labor hours and scheduling.
• Establish relationships with third-party vendors and ensure compliance with contracts and insurance.
