This full-time role covers space upkeep, training, and providing managerial backup when the Manager is not present. The position requires high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED within 30 days, AFO, CPO within 3 months, and 1 year of customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/AED certification due within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• AFO certification.
• CPO license within 3 months of hire.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff in maintaining locker rooms, fitness floors, common areas, and amenities.
• Respond to member feedback with urgency and follow up with solutions.
• Assist with monthly and annual budget recommendations.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to staff.
• Serve on the club Safety Committee ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Assist with recruiting and interviewing for the Operations department.
• Attend weekly department head, Operations, and all club meetings.
• Coordinate and create Operations staff schedules.
