Job summary

Modular Power Solutions, LLC is looking for a General Manager to oversee all aspects of a facility and its P&L. This role leads teams in production, quality control, maintenance, and planning to ensure efficient operations while meeting production targets and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, strong financial management skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Benefits include an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 401K plan, and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of applicable manufacturing operations experience, preferably in the modular space.
• Experience managing a book of business of $150 million or more.
• Strong understanding of client expectations and the ability to implement satisfaction processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, forecasting, and workflow optimization.
• Manage quality control processes to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop and manage the manufacturing budget and control costs.
