Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent.
• 15+ years in manufacturing with 5+ years in facility leadership.
• Plastics processing experience, preferably with HDPE (extrusion, injection molding, blow molding).
• FDA-regulated cleanroom environment experience.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facility Operations: Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including manufacturing, purchasing, scheduling, warehousing, shipping/receiving, quality, and customer service.
• Drive Financial Performance: Develop and manage budgets, profitability and EBITDA targets, working capital, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support Growth & Continuous Improvement: Partner with sales to execute business strategies and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead People & Safety: Oversee hiring, training, employee development, and safety culture.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Enforce policies and oversee maintenance, reporting, and compliance with quality and production goals.
