Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to support daily administrative and operational activities at our Colorado facility. This cross-functional role covers shipping and receiving documentation, hazardous waste shipping, inventory tracking, and maintaining facility records while learning multiple areas of operation.

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and eager to become a well-rounded member of the operations team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 years in admin, logistics, or operations support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong data-entry and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily receiving and shipping paperwork for facility operations.
• Maintain plant receiving procedures, drum staging, profile access, and document printing.
• Perform accurate data entry into company databases (PowerSuite, WIN, Outlook).
• Prepare outbound hazardous waste manifests, shipping papers, and labels.
• Organize, maintain, and file facility documentation (receiving/shipping/Truck-to-Truck).
• Maintain trailer inventory records and update shared tracking files.
• Cross-train in multiple facility functions to provide operational support.
