The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service across teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of administrative, operations, logistics, or facility support experience.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, or transportation coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll reconciliation and general office/accounting processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Kronos Payroll System is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and facility schedules.
• Inspect shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Support payroll reconciliation and purchasing card reconciliation.
• Prepare and distribute facility compliance and operational reports.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate replenishment.
• Provide administrative support to multiple facility departments.
