• Administrator or assistant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory of supplies, PPE, job materials and small tools.
• Track asset locations, tool rentals, and inventory audits with up-to-date records.
• Receive, verify, organize, and store deliveries and materials in the baseyard.
• Perform weekly inventory audits and monthly restocking runs to prevent shortages.
• Coordinate with Facilitator and labor staff for material handling and stocking.
• Distribute and document PPE issuance for employees and maintain safety inventory.
