Job summary

Wis-Pak is seeking a high-impact manufacturing leader to drive safety, quality, efficiency, and innovation at our facility. You will champion a safe work environment, lead cross-functional teams, and push continuous improvement through the Wis-Pak Performance Management System.

You'll shape capital and operating budgets, contribute to food safety and audit initiatives, mentor staff, and stay ahead of industry trends with fresh ideas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years of food manufacturing experience
• Strong people and communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JD Edwards, SharePoint, and other business tools
